MANAfuel LLC ("MANAfuel," "we," "us," or "our") wants you to be completely satisfied with your game server hosting experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for our Service. By subscribing to MANAfuel, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to your first billing cycle and is available one time per customer.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

2. After the 14-Day Window

After the initial 14-day refund window, subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly subscription charges beyond the first billing cycle
  • Renewal charges for subsequent billing periods
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades within a billing cycle

Pro-rated refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel your subscription, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your MANAfuel dashboard. Cancellation is effective immediately, but your service continues until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged for future billing cycles after cancellation.

No additional fees or penalties apply for cancelling your subscription.

4. Founder Pricing

Customers who subscribed during our Founder Pricing period receive a locked-in discounted rate for the lifetime of their subscription. Founder pricing is honored as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.

If you cancel a Founder-priced subscription and later re-subscribe, the Founder pricing discount is forfeited, and you will be billed at the standard rate in effect at the time of re-subscription.

5. Service Credits

MANAfuel is committed to providing a reliable hosting experience. If you experience extended service outages that exceed our uptime commitments, we may issue service credits at our discretion.

Service credit requests should be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the incident. Credits are applied to future billing cycles and are not redeemable for cash.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team may result in immediate suspension of your account and all associated game servers.

7. Payment Processing

All payments for MANAfuel are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on behalf of MANAfuel.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
